Disciple of Brell Serilis Symbol Quest

The Vendor, Clomen Walker, in Kithicor Forest is missing the Forest Barley item on the Green server. This is needed as part of the Disciple Symbol of Brell Serilis quest.
I confirmed that he does have it on the Blue server.
