How long between creating account and logging in?

[Udabut2]

Two questions:

1) I created a new account Udabut2. But when I get in game says not a good password. I'm I going to the wrong server or is there a delay?

eqhost is:
[LoginServer]
Host=login.eqemulator.net:5998

2) How can I get my old accounts back? Udabut was one of them and I think I had three. Been five or six years sense I played.
