Wink Id like someone to confirm this.

Firing arrows, at least as a ranger, i notice if you look up and fire it, it remains in the sky indefinitely like its hitting a zone wall but sliding around for a very long time, easy to check this at night as it'll appear to be a star.

Is this something that could be coded to destroy itself after 10seconds of use?

Maybe reduce cpu functions and lag from too many erroneous objects being drawn and calculated?

Just wondering if someone else can confirm it for me.

Shooting the star does not get you a free tootsie pop.

Also, I just tried and I didn't see the arrow at all. It killed the gnoll I had targeted though. I play in 1st person view.

I worry because its added calculations the server has to account for. Every pixel is drawn and calculated and that requires bandwidth for transmission.

This makes lag. So random arrows being fired by 100's of rangers and drawn into the night sky for time requires the server to send that info. Making lag.[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
