No, its completely removed from P99 and no longer exists on blue. Blue does have a pet window so green may someday get that but will probably be far late Velious.

I actually think I read they specifically left item links in to reduce the burden on the guides with loot disputes or something like that.

...or at least didn't bother trying to "fix" it.
