Kunark Item Nerf/Removal timeline

Do we have a good sense of when kunark items get nerfed? Removed? Moved?

Namely I'm thinking of:

1. Mosscovered Twig/Barbed Scale Whip stop dropping
2. Blade of the Black Dragon Eye stops dropping
3. RFS stops dropping
4. Ringed Mace of the Ykesha stops dropping
5. Robe of Living Fungus has Fungal Regrowth removed
6. Wurmslayer because main hand only
7. Mosscovered Twig/Barbed Scale Whip become off hand only
8. Necklace of Superiority is moved to Howling Stones
9. Circlet of Shadow stops dropping
10. Incarnadine Breastplate becomes must equip
11. Deepwater Helm becomes 10 second cast time
12. Donal's BP becomes 30 second cast time

There's probably a few other notable items I'm not thinking of.

2. I think is VP?
5. I've heard is the Hole era, aka in 1 month
9. I believe is _during_ velious
10. I believe is after velious as well, but fuzzy on that one.

I don't know about any of the others.
