Class R and C?

When I was in BDA there was a class type raid system. 1 week was non competitive guilds that would work off a list for mobs (this did cause like a million alt guilds and made list long). Then next week would be guilds that would compete for Targets...can we just do that again?

That way people can still race. Maybe give C guilds two weeks or something so they still get more mobs and stay content, and the people who don't want to track or compete for spawns can still raid sometimes too?

I'm not explaining this right but some kinda competitive and casual rotation so all can have fun in end game /nod.
