"unresolved" quests

My main question is, is it of any use to try and resolve unresolved quests like this one: http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=137

Because this is an "emulated" server, and I don't think Sony is telling you all the solutions to quests.

I think I shouldn't bother because the "unresolved quests" are probably at a dead-end on the server, even if there might be a solution on the live version. Or am I wrong?
