Re-run the patch updater?

Hey everyone, so I was in the middle of zoning into WC but the loading was taking forever. Eventually EQ stopped responding, I shut it down, tried to log back in but couldn't reconnect to the server list.

Restarted the computer, internet seems to be fine, loaded YouTube, Twitch, forums, did a speedtest etc. everything seems to be good. Tried logging into p99 again, and first 4-5 times couldn't get to the server list. Eventually it let me threw, but when I tried to log into green, I got this message.

Any ideas?

Edit: Seems to working fine now. I didn't do anything, it just kind of fixed itself on its own. Hopefully...
