Missing characters.

Hello.

I logged into Green two days ago and all of my characters were missing. My wife's characters were also missing. I petitioned thinking it was a server issue, or perhaps hacked, etc. Since then, I have logged in many times to check, and a few of those times I have been able to see the characters, but 95% of the time I get an empty character selection screen. This is the case for both Blue and Green.

Does anyone have any idea what could cause this?

I just tried logging in and I am experiencing this same issue. Characters missing on both blue and green servers. Edit: restarted the game a couple of times and it appears to be working now.

Still happening to me. Had to quit and login over twenty times to get my characters to show up. What could be causing this?
