Abandoned Heretic Pet Outside Paineel

Does the abandoned heretic pet outside Paineel exist yet? I don't see any mention of it in the Green Bugs forum or patch notes. I have some Useless Cloth Caps I'd like to hand in on my Prexus cleric.

You can give them to the Miners inside the entrance if AHP isn't around. I don't recall running into him but I know the Miners work.

It's a moot point for me as I chucked 'em and headed to Qeynos. The wiki says the skeletons will attack at Threateningly (which I was as Prexus cleric) and as the run is rather long, I didn't risk it. The pet is supposed to be Dubious but I didn't see him either time I checked. His path should be from the skeletons out to the porch and along the south wall to the west and back but I didn't run into him anywhere between the porch and the coast. I did run into Talrigar, who I think the pet refers to in his dialogue, who might well be his master and as Talrigar paths around the area and still has his pet, perhaps the quest pet hasn't been abandoned yet. That's a guess but I think it's a decent one.

That quest has been in since beginning. Did it multiple times.
