Merchants: Banded glove molds were not on merchants until December 1999

Banded gloves seem not to have been craftable until December 1999, when the molds were apparently added to merchants.

Better than that. Why is there no mold to make banded gloves? There is a
mold for every other armor area but no gloves. It really is a pain as a
smith to explain why someone didn't get gloves when you sold them a full
suit of banded.

Gloves, since banded gloves cannot be made, could probably
be sold for 4pp and 8pp for studded and reinforced.
(Leather gloves are about 5pp from vendors and same AC as
studded).

Second concern: Banded gloves don't exist. Unless someone somewhere can
