Lake of Ill Omen Extremely Poor Latency / Disconnects (Blue Server)

Hello,

I was not sure where to post this, so I just thought that I would let someone know that upon zoning into the Lake of Ill Omen from the Iksar city, the gameplay appears normal until I start doing things e.g. casting spells such as minor shielding and summoning my skeleton. As I start doing anything the latency is more like a delay between the input and output and then eventually I get disconnected... this has not happened inside of the Iksar city nor outside in the Field of Bone...
