Just setting the Spell:Breeze to "1" doesn't require lots of time.

XML is fast and easy.

Oh nevermind, once I got on to re-establish my supposed 20minute lockdown of my camp, someone had already snaked the Chancellor in Lake of Ill Omen. Gotta love it.

so umm re-install eqchanges v9 again ?? I am having the outdated spells files problem again.

edit never mind, I reinstalled them and it seems fine now
