H2H on Necromancer going past 75

On the wiki it says it should cap at 75, I am using grim aura, vampiric embrace, and magical damask gloves and I just got 78 on my necromancer. This is on red99 fighting gobbos in HHK. Seems odd. I remember the lvl capping at like 3xlvl+3 for necro and capping at like 75 or something on live too.

Not a major bug I guess because I still only hit for 1-2 dmg, but it doesn't 'seem right'.
