Default Ip blocked?

Me and my daughter are trying to play.
she logs in first.
Then i tryed to log in and it says my ip address is blocked.

How do we play?

You need to apply for an IP exemption (petition forums - the drop down menu has the option you want) make sure you answer each of the prompted questions. Then, you wait - it can take some time before the exemption is granted. This can be a month or more depending on CSR load.

Or - one of you uses an alternate means to connect. Be it a VPN, tethering to a cell phone hotspot (the client uses minimal data), or using a neighbor's WiFi. The restriction is on multiple connections from the same source IP to prevent boxing.

Don't box - you'll get caught and both accounts will be banned. That's one of the things we like about P99...

When 2 people play there's often the temptation for one of the two to pick a healer. People have been caught logging the other account in to buff the first one while the second player isn't able to log in. That'll get both accounts banned.

It sounds harsh, but people try it.

You might also see some advice about using a proxy until you get the IP exemption, there's some good paid ones out there but tread carefully (See above).
