Quest Issue: Rantho Rapier step in Rivervale broken

Cannot currently combine the pirahna teeth in the pirahna bag.

Message is that you cannot combine this item type in this container.

Have done the quest several times on live without this issue. 1 tooth per bag slot.

There are currently 2 different kinds of piranha teeth dropping from those mobs, you are combining the incorrect ones.

This was changed from 2HS to Piercing on 2/24/03. Interesting. I shall revert this back to 2HS.
