Jolt is not in game yet, but should be implemented in the near future. It was in game by at least June 29, 2000.

Strength of Nature was a later-added spell in an expansion we probably won't get to, seeing as where the spell is available on Allakhazam but the earliest Lucy entry is 2002. Here's the spells rangers currently get:

Actually strength of nature was in the database much earlier than 2004.

Not disagreeing with you about why it isn't in the game yet but you shouldn't go by the earliest post in Allakhazam.

Can't really go off lucy either since nothing in lucy is earlier than 2002.

Lucy works if something is doing too much damage because you can find the entry where it was buffed in live (which will always be post-velious) but is basically useless for finding if/when a certain spell became available during the classic era.

lucy wasn't around prior to 2002 so you'll never seen any lucy entry prior to 2002.

Here's a EQ Tips web page that has some sort of dated log file of tips/stats. If you do a search on "Strength of Nature", it is listed as an entry for 2/15/2001. Velious was released Dec 2000, and Luclin was released Dec 2001... so Strength of Nature was at least a Velious spell...
