Forums: I can't Send or Reply to Private Messages

Is there a time limit? I created an account just under 2 weeks ago and I still can't PM anyone.

@sunderfury - if you see this, that's why I haven't replied. I have a number of logs and screenshots I'd be happy to pass on, but I don't have a way to converse with you.

I cannot reply to you either. My Private Messaging simply doesn't have a Send or Reply button anywhere.
