Faction based pvp? Guards aid higher factioned person?

On Rallos zek and Sullon Zek the guards used to aid you in battle if you had higher faction then the other guy. I enjoyed this back in the days. There was always that thought in your mind like damn... is this guy higher faction then me??


What do you guys think? should it be like Vallos or Tallon where guards don't do anything or should guards help if you have higher faction then someone else?
