broke the game

Tried getting on teal...Transferred my characters from green. Everything got deleted on both of my chars...maybe I did something wrong... Everything is blank now and my chars have nothing when they did 3 days ago

Sounds like you may need to Petition. Try the petition forum near the bottom of the list.
