Default anyone else experiencing bugs to the target bar?

first, is the target bar supposed to have a different look than our regular health window bar?

i'm running into this issue recently where if i have a mob targeted and nuke it, the health will go down from initial damage; any damage after that from either myself or my pet doesn't register so the target bar freezes. the only way to get around it is to re-target the mob..small annoyance, but kinda annoying.

also why doesn't melee work sometimes?

I don’t know for sure. But sounds like you have a client-server connection issue. I have seen that Melee issue once before and I had to relog to fix it.
