Default Cheap laptop to use?

Anyone have any suggestions for a decent laptop I could get off say eBay that is fairly cheap? Only would use for Microsoft office, web browsing, and project 1999 of course. Hoping to spend under $500, closer to the 3-400 range.

Thanks!

Anything with an SSD and 4 GB (or more) of RAM will work fine.
Probably 2 GB and an HDD would be enough if you stick to the Google Docs suite, but why torture yourself.

Dual core should be plenty but the recent dynamic light mandatory changes sometimes make the game unplayably slow even on very recent computers.
