Dsetup.dll (3953734352) error instead oc character screen

Yesterday I got this exact error when I tried to log into green beta server. But the blue server worked fine so I played on blue all day till I had to go to work.

Today I get this same error now on blue or green server. I do not have anti-virus software on this computer so that can't be it. Plus Blue was working fine yesterday and now it isn't.

What changed since yesterday?

It says for more information click here but when I click it, it sends me to p99 forums page that I do not have permission to access.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Having the same issue. Checked the folder and the File is there, anti-virus has been told to leave it alone too.

Edit: V52 package files worked for me

I downloaded the v52 patch and ONLY moved that version of dsetup.dll to my green installation folder (which worked yesterday) and now I am logged in. You will note that that version of the dll is dated today, so I was hoping that it would work with the current green launch and it did. Also note, I did not move any other file from the v52 bundle to the green installation folder, so all other files in green were from the 'h' level patch for green beta.
