I can load the game but I have no ground around me at all I can see things like trees and other people but no ground or sky....ideas?

Any help would be awesome. I have no ground or textures but I have trees and other players.

Just fixed it. The post by Nyme worked:

Download the file in dropbox and patch with v52 with the files in each folder ONLY. Don't replace folders.
