Miscellaneous: /pet health report should give health percentage as integer, not float

The health report given by /pet health report is currently this:

I have 100.00 percent of my hit points left.

But in classic it was an int, not a float.

This quote is from live a few years back but I doubt it ever changed:

[Thu Nov 29 10:21:29 2012] I have 100 percent of my hit points left.
