Bard Lambent Gloves

SOL RO: I attempted to do bard lambent glove quest, and when i had the Black Silk Gloves, Shin Gauntlets, and Lambent Star Ruby to Wallthin Fireweaver he hands all three items right back to me without getting gloves. Quest seems broken, thank you.
