question about pet revert

hey just curious i know the fix is probably to keep ppl from afk lvling. I just wanted to know if me healing my pet counts as being active toward the mob instead of doing dmg, i find that more mana effecient sometimes when soloing than nuking the mob every pull. I usually like to sic pet, heal pet, sit, rinse and repeat hope that doesnt pentalize me now since im still there "doing" something to the mob respectively.

ah hell guess ill be using my lvl 1 nuke while healing pet from now on then.
