No Accounts Found?

Good morning everyone.

I was here in original beta back in 2009 and helped with the pathing and loot drops, etc before that launch ten years ago. I just came back after being gone since 2010 and didn't remember my password so I sent a request to reset it and the webpage did that for me. However, there is no option to change my forum password to something I know.

If I click change password I get "You do not currently have any loginserver accounts."
If I choose reset password I get "No account found."

Does anyone know what I should do?
