NPC Spawn Issue: Brin Stolunger

He spawns in East Freeport currently in the Seafarer's Roost and appears to be on Qeynos guard faction instead of steel warrior faction. Also he seems to be far higher than level 43 since he double'd me for 183.

Fixed, pending update.

I see nothing that would make him spawn in the bar. His correct faction is now SteelWarriors.
