The line for camp should be based on whos actually in line.
like sitting there, waiting in line for your turn on the drop.

And while i wholeheartedly appreciate every second of effort that you and every staff member put into this server, i hope you realize that a lot of your policies, whether pertaining to regular camps or raiding, in NO WAY represent those of real Everquest. You do understand that basic rules differed server to server? It became a precedent pretty early on to pass off a high price item camp to your friends/guild mates so you can attempt to get the item you want.
