Disabled zoneline Sol A / Sol B

I'm trying to get to the guano harvester for a bag, and I found out you can't even zone in from that zoneline (D on the map). Is this disabled for some reason? If so, why?

What happens when you hit the zoneline? It should be working. I've used it myself many times.

It just instantly places me back a few feet away from the zoneline. As in, you walk into it, but it just continually places you back a few feet.

Strange. I've never experienced that at that particular zoneline. I think I last time I used it was maybe 1 month ago.

You're at a wrong ZL - there is one that does that in the zone.

It's not bugged.
