Swapping from one acct to another

So recently I started a new P99 login so I wouldn't have every one of my characters on one Acct.

I immediately noticed that when switching between them theres a period when logging off one, and onto another that I get disconnected as if I were trying to log them in together.

I'm camping out then back to account login, not /ex or /q'ing so.... why?

It takes a few minutes for the server to reset and recognize that your IP is no longer in use. It's not a bug -- it happens to everyone.
