Quest Issue: Drusella Sathir - Urn not dropping

Assuming she's got a (conservative) 25% chance of dropping it, to not drop it 10 or 11 times in a row would be about a 5% chance. If its a 33% chance of dropping it, then its closer to a 1% chance of this happening.

It's supposed to be pretty rare.

I had been dropping at a decent clip (a little better than 1 in 4) before this dry spell. Just wanted to make sure that they didn't accidentally adjust something behind the scenes too much.

It wasn't that rare on live that I remember. It didn't drop every time, but it definitely wasn't rare. That, or I was just super lucky.
