Miscellaneous: Necrosis Scarab and surrounding beetles

On Live they use to always drops jewelery items and diamond/blue diamond/ black sapphires almost 100% of the time. On here its like 5%?? Can this be fixed?

^ he is correct. The lamentation/ledge/guardian camp (whatever you call it) was sought over for this very reason. We called it bugs/gems camp on our server.

I increased the drop rate of gems from the Sebilis scarabs.

Should be active with next patch.
