Which Trade Skill to Raise over 200?

Hello again P99 Forum!

I have a quick question about tradeskills - I read that you can only raise one of your tradeskills above 200.

So here are the tradeskills I've been working on: Baking, Brewing, Smithing and Tailoring.

If I decide to choose Tailoring to raise over 200 ... what cool recipes/items will I be missing out on for Baking, Brewing and Smithing?

As far as I can tell, there isn't much over 200 for either Baking & Brewing... and for Smithing, I'd be missing out on mastering Fine Plate Armor.

Cultural armors on smithing, but that depend on your race... Also there's no velious smithing, meaning the best armors are just for mid lvls, the tailoring armor is eithout doubt better and more sellable... Also some race have no cultural or don't need high skill, like humans have around 70%success on the harder cultural armor at 200...

There's little interest to raise baking past 200,and brewing is only useful for tainted avalanche ale...
