Default item link popup reusing windows

Hey guys

I am occasionally trying to compare something auctioned to something I have. When I do, the second item click eats the window from the first and I cannot have the two items side by side. Is there some setting or way to open item windows from an auction WTS and have them not steal the last item opened? thanks

What UI and whatever do you use?

I use the basic one and I can open 4 item windows at once

This. Are you sure you didn't have three other item windows buried underneath the one you saw?
