Red Skill Caps on Paladin

After I leveled to 50 on a my Paladin, 52 currently, several skills caps increased but it seems Defense is locked at 206 and is displayed in red text. Weapon skills also seem to be stuck at 206 like 1HS, 2 HB, but not displayed in red text. As a Paladin we all know Paladins need any boost they can get. Anyone have any info on this matter I would love to hear from you.
