Eqemulator

I turned off all antivirus prior to starting the installs.

I am at the point where I set the path on eqemulator to save but it gives this error.
File hash retrieve access to the file denied: C:/ Program files x86\ everquestp99/ eqgame.exe

I have read a bunch of technical stuff but I have not ran into any answers on how to get around this. Could anyone please shed some light on this for me? Thanks in advanced
