Can't Install EverQuest Titanium

So I'm trying to install EQT via an ISO and for whatever reason, when I go to launch the install.exe file, nothing happens. It doesn't give me an error message or anything. I'm running Windows 10, and have tried everything from running as an administrator to compatibility mode. I even tried altering my regedit, but no luck. I've followed the installation tutorial to the letter, but I can't get it to install. What am I doing wrong, or does anyone know a solution to this issue?
