A seemingly common error: Spells Outdated...

Hey everyone,

I was introduced to EQ at a young age in '99/2000 and fell in love. I recently decided I wanted to re-immerse myself in the experience. I've managed to install a clean Titanium version, ran the All-in-One installer and now I despite all efforts I am endlessly met with the 'you spells files are out of date' on the character creation screen.

I've searched old threads and have had no success. Sorry for reposting a common issue, but any advice would be much appreciated.
