Troll Shaman epic step in Freeport

Hopefully I can invis past guards to get to Bondl, but once I find him, will I need to be careful as I follow him to and within the Jade Tiger? Can I invis while following him and drop invis safely once there?

Or will I need to do some faction work for Freeport guards and merchants/ innkeeper?
