Obtaining the spell Thicken Mana

Hello everyone!

So a while ago I tried to buy the spell Thicken Mana from a charmed brownie merchant. Whatever we did, right clicking on the brownie didn't do a thing. I tried it (indifferent), and the charmer (enchanter) tried it, nothing happened.

My question(s) is: Has anyone here ever managed to buy this spell? Is it even possible? Is there a special trick I'm missing?

Wolf form will do it. I bought all the enchanter spells off the brownies with wolf form using my druid.

Any of the Elemental illusions will work too. I baught it with my enchanter using the Earth Elemental illusion
