NPC Spawn Issue: Possible fix for hhk as a xp zone.

Dear Devs,

I was wondering if you could possibly take out the guards in hhk that people were exploiting for exp gain? Than turn the exp back to normal or bonus or w/e it was before. I'd think with not many xp zones that just removing those few guards wouldn't be alll that much work. And many people would enjoy using this zone to level.
