That link is a joke.

Explore Norrath for an hour and you'll find 20-100 violations to the naming policy. The staff don't have the time to be policing names to the extent they were policed on live, meaning if your name is vulgar/offensive, you'll get it changed, but otherwise, all those people with titles in their names or sentences, get a free pass.

I still see it every day. Just do a /who all with these words:

The
Sir
Count (that one won't actually work, because it will do a count of people on the server)
Duke
Duchess
Lord
Mother

to name just a few. A lot of people have Somethingofthisandthat Surname or it their names/surnames contain/form a sentence.

Really thinking of just writing down every name that is against the naming policy and submitting it at the end of the year in a petition. What the GM's do with it, is their problem afterwards [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
