Problem creating an account

While setting up SMS verification I typed in the wrong phone number and the text was sent incorrectly. Now I cant figure out how to correct the # and resend. Also its been almost 2 days (it said originally to let the sms time out). Now there is no longer an option is just skip the SMS portion.

Anyone know what to do from this point?
