Barbed Scale Whip
This is one of the drops from a Frontier Mountains cycle off Draketamer.
Like the mosscovered twig, it was originally usable in both primary and offhand and was nerfed at the same time as the twig to offhand only. It is currently only useable in the offhand on beta. | ||

Just bumping with evidence of this on the everlore messages about this item. Numerous references here to how it was nerfed to offhand only, same way / time as twig was:

Think I just got the first one on live server today, its not the correct version dropping.
The offhand only was fixed but its now the totally nerfed version instead of the pre-nerf (like the twig). This should be dropping as a 4 / 11 weapon, which is was on beta, but when this fix was made it was incorrectly switched to the 7 / 28 weapon of the same name which didn't drop until later on (same time twig was replaced with a cracked branch). | ||
