Spells: Chanter illusions

I can't say about later than classic/kunark/velious, but during those times at least I recall enchanter illusions not being a buff that shows on the buff list but was more like an innate thing that dropped on zone.

Seems like illusions have a 30 min (or something) timer right now?

Also (as I posted earlier with no response), the level 1 minor illusion is supposed to make faction indifferent to all (if not on the hate list of the mob).
