So with the recent patch to bring disease based spells inline with the correct agro, Shadowknights do not have that much threat.

Is there an overhaul coming for Shadowknight threat?

Umm this post is in to the topic of taunt. I believe everyone else has already covered the spell portion of this topic.

Now we need to look at the overall agro. Since Shadowknights do not have a spell to use that was even close to the hate of disease cloud.

Need to look at the taunt level for a shadowknight and make sure it is appropriate for this task.
