Rez kit/item placement crashed me to desktop

On my way to get my body i got a rez kit from young thorren and hit "i" to place the items in my inventory. my inventory window opened and i clicked to place the items... then EQ shut down completely.

Reading-FAIL. reposting in the kunark forum.
