wierd char creation on blue server

I installed eq and went to make my chars and it made a bunch of weird named chars that cannot login. all human. After many reinstalls i went to my sons computer and managed to make 2 regular chars that login. now i have tried a clean install many times with the weird chars appear when i login. i thought if i made some chars on his computer they would be server side and migrate guess not lol please help[You must be logged in to view images.
